Isagenix Isalean Shake FAQ
Is it okay to add fruit to the IsaLean Shake?
Yes, the Isagenix IsaLean Shake tastes great with fruit,
in particular berries. Fruit also gives you natural
potassium and fiber. Just be cautious about the
extra calories. For another flavor, you can add IsaFruits.
Can I store it in the refrigerator after blending with an IsaLean Shake?
No. We advice you drink your ready Isagenix IsaLean
Shake within 10 minutes to take advantage of digestive enzymes
right before they break down the whey
protein.
Can I add fiber to IsaLean Shakes/Soups while I am doing my Isagenix Program?
Isagenix IsaLean Shake mixes well with a lot of natural fiber supplements such as oat bran and ground flaxseed, apple pectin, and/or psyllium hulls. We advice you always include a healthy amount of soluble and insoluble natural fiber as part of your Shake Days. A diet high in natural fiber not only helps curb cravings and promotes regularity, but plays the important role for the long term health and wellness (see FAQ on our high-fiberSlimCakes). High fiber foods whether taken in your IsaLean Shake or as part of your 400 600 calorie meals are an integral part of your Isagenix Program.
What else can I include in my Isagenix IsaLean Shake/Soup?
You can add IsaFuel for essential fatty acids and
extra protein. Isagenix IsaLean Soups can also be
seasoned with your favorite spices.
Which is the correct way to make my IsaLean Soup?
You can add Isagenix IsaLean Soup to water, but no hotter than 110
degrees Fahrenheit (if any hotter it will destroy some of
the nutritional value) and stir with a whisk/
fork. Although, do not heat the water with IsaLean
Soup already mixed. Do not mix hot in IsaBlender and
any other closed container because of vapor build-up.
Tell me what's an IsaBlender for and where do I get one?
An IsaBlender is a travel-easy way to whip
up great tasting Isagenix IsaLean Shakes and to help you
follow your program till you finish it. Small
250-watt, multiple blade blender makes wonderful
smoothies. Also it processes, purees, and chops.
Every IsaBlender comes with 4 blending vessels. To
buy, please contact your
Independent Isagenix Associate.
What kind of whey protein is being used in IsaLean and IsaPro products?
Isagenix is using a special supplier that has a
low temperature, ultra filtration process to yield
an extremely clean, low lactose, undenatured,
organic whey protein concentrate from Australia or
New Zealand. Undenatured whey protein will preserve
whey's natural amino acid profile and is considered
the best to help enhance your body's immune system.
Why is dry nonfat milk used in the Isagenix IsaLean Shake?
Yes, we use a little percentage of extremely clean,
low heat nonfat dry milk (it's processed at no more than
160° F for two minutes) with undenatured whey
protein content. This ingredient is perfect for giving
our shake a rich and creamy taste.
I am lactose intolerant and(or) have milk allergies. May I still use the IsaLean Shake?
The IsaLean Shake is low in lactose and most
people who are lactose intolerant will not have any
problems using it. Of course, as always consult your physician
before using this or other nutritional products.
Stop using it if you have any allergic reaction.
Does Isagenix IsaLean Shake or any other Isagenix products include caffeine?
No, we do not add any caffeine to any Isagenix
products. Moreover, we strongly encourage you not to
use caffeine and caffeinated products in general,
in particular during your Isagenix Program. Any
naturally occurring caffeine in Isagenix products is in
minimal amounts. The Rich Chocolate Isagenix IsaLean Shake
may have naturally occurring caffeine in a little
amount because of the natural cocoa used. Cocoa is also
a great source of natural antioxidants. However, if you feel
like
you want to avoid cocoa, then try Isagenix French
Vanilla IsaLean Shake.
